Silicone insulation/sheathing line

The line is dedicated to both insulation and sheathing of silicone cable. It is very versatile for a wide range of cable sizes and can be customized entirely according to customer requirements.
The extruder group is chosen according to the line characteristics: typically the main extruder is TG.120. The silicone extruders are water cooled to guarantee constant extrusion temperature and all the extruders surfaces in contact with silicone are produced with anti-abrasion material. The number of tunnel modules is chosen in function of the line speed.
