AUTOMOTIVE WIRE INSULATION

High speed automotive wire insulation line are especially designed for low voltage automotive cables.
Main technical characteristics include the following:

• Extrusion group composed of 3 up to the more advanced and flexible 4 extruders configuration
• Automatic dual take-up developed for constant high speed lines
• X-Flow color change system which ensures a quick color change without slowing down of the line and a reduction of scraps and downtime. The dimensional stability of the cable is then guaranteed during the complete color change phase

The automotive line is designed for thermoplastic materials.
The line supervision unit provides a simple and interactive interface to the process, in which all the process values can be observed trough real time trends.
